Renewal Policy • Annual and Monthly Plans: • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled. This is to ensure uninterrupted access to all content and support. • Renewal Notifications: You will receive an email notification 14 days before the renewal date for annual plans. Monthly subscribers can access renewal dates in their account settings. • Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime before the next billing cycle. Plan adjustments will take effect at the start of the next billing period. 2. Cancellation Policy • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription by accessing your account settings on the Capture This Academy platform and selecting the “Cancel Subscription” option. • Timing for Cancellations: • Monthly Plans: If you cancel, access to the platform and resources will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. • Annual Plans: Canceling an annual plan will also keep access active until the end of the billing cycle. • Re-enrollment After Cancellation: If you decide to rejoin after cancellation, you will be subject to the pricing and terms available at that time. 3. Refund Policy • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New registrants are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial enrollment if they are unsatisfied with Capture This Academy. Requests must be submitted via email to our support team. • Non-Refundable Situations: • Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day initial guarantee period. • Annual Plans: No refunds are offered for annual plans after the 14-day guarantee, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. • Exceptional Cases: Refunds beyond the 14-day period may be considered for specific, documented issues that hinder access to the Academy’s resources.
